I am very pleased with the exceptional care and service I am receiving from my NHS practice. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was met with engaged, caring, and highly professional staff who showed a genuine interest in my health and well-being. My GP, in particular, has been an invaluable source of support, demonstrating not only a wealth of knowledge but also a dedication to understanding of my condition and managing my complicated health issues. I am beyond grateful, to be honest, as finding such genuine care is rather unusual these days. The admin staff deserve special recognition as well. They are always professional and caring whether in person or over the phone. Their friendly attitude and willingness to assist have made every interaction pleasant experience. I'm also impressed with the convenience and efficiency of the online booking service. It's comprehensive, user-friendly, and makes scheduling appointments really easy with confirmation of your appointment which follows within 24h. Additionally, the surgery itself has a pleasant, airy atmosphere. With easy access and free sufficient parking, visiting the practice is usually stress-free. Overall, I can't recommend my NHS practice highly enough. It seems to me, that everyone involved is committed to provide very high standards in care. I feel incredibly fortunate as well as grateful I have found such nice surgery. I wish all practices are like this one, after all we come to these places in moments of need and listening ear, friendly smile mixed with knowledge and professionalism makes any recovery so much easier.

Thank you to the GP who carried out my minor surgery today. His care and treatment were first class. A big thank you as well to the nurse who was also involved. This practice always provides an excellent service and as usual the reception staff were helpful today as well.

I received a phone call on Friday February 2nd, and have had several appointments, and consultations with a Doctor at this practice. I have been extremely impressed by the care and attention that I have received. This Doctor is surely a valuable and dedicated member of the medical profession and, a credit to Poole Road Medical Centre.

I had an appointment with my doctor today, my consultation was conducted by the doctor in a totally professional manner. The doctor listened to all of my health issues and addressed each and every one of them. The doctor was welcoming and very thorough. I left the surgery knowing that everything had been covered, to my complete satisfaction. The doctor is an absolute credit to this practice.

Been a patient at this surgery for years & wouldn't change. All staff, doctors, nurses, chemists, receptionists and others, provide a great triage system to provide a superb service. Their hard work and dedication in this and all shore road surgeries is first class.

Love the Klinek triage system as really works and efficient. Can't believe how all at shore medical manage to process requests so quickly. Submitted request with two issues, got Dr appt within 2 days as deemed urgent, got call for dermatology appt a few days later and blood tests less than a week later. Despite the huge demands and constraints on the nhs, can't fault shore road medical, receptionists, nurses, doctors and all. Brilliant.

I have been using this surgery since 1998 and have seen many changes over the years. However I have just returned from holiday in Turkey where I had to seek hospital treatment. On my return I still wasn’t well and needed urgent attention. The reception staff at Shore Medical especially the receptionist @ Poole Road surgery were nothing short of brilliant. I even managed to get an urgent appointment with my registered GP Dr T Alder who is caring understanding and attentive. I understand the staff work in very stressful environments these days but to remain polite, cheerful and respectful takes a high degree of Emotional Intelligence I don’t normally write reviews but on this occasion (and many others previously) the feedback is well deserved Thank you
