    Always receive excellent care. Now with Klinik etc the system is far more flexible. All the staff are patient and keen to assist.

    Called for tel appt. Called back within 15 mins by doctor who prescribed antibiotics for problem and was extremely helpful

    A prompt telephone consultation with immediate prescription available. A week later still suffering, a personal consultation was arranged, within hours, further antibiotics prescribed, personal examination made and an xray booked. A blood test also suggested. The following day the xray was taken with the result being communicated the next working day! This practice and the NHS has served me wonderfully over these last 18 years. Unfortunately I have experienced some 25 hospital visits, 17 of which have been as an in patient, and I cannot praise the practice or the NHS sufficiently. David Cain

  4. Review titled Unable to get an appointment to see the doctor

    Each time I phone for a doctor am told there is a lot of callers and the phone is cut off. I don't have an NHS app and I am not going on line to register more details. I've already sent a complaint to the practice manager but had no reply. What should be a very simple procedure is now a nightmare and wastes a lot of time. How do people at work, with small kids, elderly, disabled etc. manage this? How about bringing human beings back and dealing directly with patients - and not from a call centre? Medical centres have been built on community and interaction. God help us.
