Have been part of this practice for approx 17 years and have always been so pleased with the service we have received whether in be fit myself or one of my 3 children. They have been through and I haven’t felt rushed when had a problem the online system works great too and doctors are great at getting back to us quickly. Thank you for all that you do

I used the online Klinik form last night and had a response at 8.47 this morning. This is not the first time I have used the Klinik form and have always had a response within 24 hours. Excellent service

I had something stuck in my ear. The two Doctors who helped me were very kind and explained what they were going to do and reassured me that I would be ok. Thanks to them and their great equipment they removed the object in my ear and I am so happy I didn’t have to go to Accident & Emergency. Very quick and professional. Huge thanks and a Five star rating from me!

Dear Alex, Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your experience when needing urgent care in January 2023. You had got something stuck in your ear. You were seen by two doctors who explained what they were going to do and reassured you that you were going to be ok. The object was removed from your ear and meant that you did not have to go to Accident and Emergency. The treatment received was quick and professional. Joining Shore Medical has done absolutely nothing to enhance Wessex Road Surgery. The procedures in place to actually get a medical professional appointment are long winded. This process seems a waste of administration staff resources due to numerous staff involved in making many call backs (they appear to have more admin staff than medical staff) and the appointment method just does not work efficiently. Having eventually obtained an appointment the receptionist was too busy gossiping to return to reception and attend to me although it was clear I was waiting. I am afraid this surgery’s front of house staff are not at all professional. Such a shame as medical care is good when you actually get to see a doctor or other medical personnel.

Joining Shore Medical has done absolutely nothing to enhance Wessex Surgery. I have been seeing the Physio in recent months. Treatment given has been very informative and well developed, with testing of my range of movements. Other appointments with the nurse in the past went well.
