   Arranged a doctor's appointment for 4pm. After waiting for over 30 minutes at 4.30pm I enquired at the desk to see what was happening to be told the doctor is running behind. Bearing in mind you sent me two text messages telling me not to forget my appointment, maybe you should get your own house in order rather before pestering others with reminders.
