When trying to obtain blood test results that had already been received by Ashford Medical Partnership, the staff were obstructive, difficult, and unhelpful. One member of staff even asked me to misgender and deadname my spouse in order to access previous and irrelevant records. Rather than providing the test results to the registered email address of the patient, they insisted on several forms of identification which we simply do not have, which resulted in me spending an hour in traffic, almost missing an important medical consultation, just for the results to be printed out and handed to me... where I promptly took a picture and sent it to the email address on the patient's account. A huge waste of everybody's time and effort and a bother example in a long list where staff at Ashford Medical Partnership have been unhelpful, unsympathetic, difficult and even actively obstructive to my family's fairly simple care needs. I'm disappointed, but not at all surprised.

First time using Klinik, fast efficient response, quick appointment & was impressed with the service, Doctor was really nice & helpful. What a massive improvement in service @ communication. First impression good. Few tweaks possibly will improve Klinik but overall very good.
