Every time I need to see or speak to doctor i have to wait at least 3 weeks or they tell me to phone at 8am. When you need to see a doctor it means usually that you are unwell so you don’t need the hassle of trying to get an appointment. What happens to phone one day get an appointment that week all the doctors we have in the practice it should be more accessible to get an appointment. I think the service have is totally unacceptable and news a good looking at

I rang to request an appointment for my daughter who was at work and spoke with one of the receptionists. No appointments were available for after work so she contacted Meadowfield Surgery (as we were willing to travel) at 9am when they opened and rang me back confirming a later appointment at that surgery. I really appreciated her help and support.

I visited the surgery for an appointment with the nurse prescriber at the surgery having managed to get a last minute appointment. I cannot express how kind, understand and supportive she was. She took the time to listen, acknowledge, understand and support me through the appointment, and provided reassurance and guidance. I left my appointment feeling heard and understood and so much lighter.
