   Just had a simple HRT review with a wonderful nurse practitioner L (can’t use name say the internet police). She greeted me with a lovely warm smile, explained everything clearly and thoroughly, was keen to problem solve and was generally all round lovely! It makes such a difference to a persons day when you meet people like her, kind, warm, patient and good fun. Thank you L and keep being you!
