We were pleased that we didn't have to wait to be seen. The clinic was very well run. The staff were extremely pleasant and we were very happy to have be seen, vaccinated and on our way home before the actual time of our appointment. Very efficient and well organised!

I went for a flu jab and covid jab on the 5th October. It was very well organised and quick. Everything was very well organised.

Had appointment Tuesday and was seen Wednesday to have skin lesion removed, by cryogenics department, very quick and helpful

Tried for weeks to get appt. Been in pain 3 months. Unhelpful receptionists. Was not informed of cancellation appts that I could possibly attend to try to be seen. 3/4 days to get a response after asking a question, it seems endless when you're in pain. Finally saw physio who has referred me on for the right treatment at last.

After my appointment I came away very disappointed, know knowledge of my condition/ diagnosis, felt judged, could not wait to get me out. After consultation went on to my medical records, totally untrue statement written. Total waste of time.

I called this morning, I was waiting nearly 20 mins to be answered, then when they answered they put me on hold to check an appointment for me, then after coming back the phone, I had to be referred to other doctors, when I got there I went to the front desk and the receptionist only told me where I need to be sit, she didn’t tell me I had to go other desk or anything, I was sat for 20 minutes for my appointment even though my appointment was so suppose to be at half 1
