Great friendly practice, moved over within last few months after moving house and so much better than the last one. Friendly reception staff and great GPs. Highly recommend

Went for a standard blood test. The nurse couldn’t draw enough blood from my arm. Despite waggling the needle around for some considerable time she still couldn’t gain enough blood. This was very painful.

I got an appointment straight away with a doctor i hadn't seen before he was thorough and got some test sorted straight away i would definitely like to see him again

Following my annual meds review I needed help with pain relief. The Acp was very thorough and went through all my options and the practicalities of my day to day living. She was very empathetic whilst being assertive that the onus was on me to help myself. I felt that I had been helped.

I was treated with respect from both the reception and the nurse that performed the diabetic checks. Thank you, I am very grateful to have a practice that puts its patients first.

I have been to the surgery today to receive steroid injections in both knees for osteoarthritis. The physiotherapist was very friendly and reassuring. I hardly felt the first injection, the second did sting while he was doing it but it soon wore off. I was able to leave immediately with no after effects. Hoping I will finally be out of pain for a while. Great service, thank you.

My annual health check appointment experience was top class. The whole process from booking the appointment, communications and the professionalism/experience of the friendly practice nurse made the experience so easy. Thank you 🙏

Very thorough, clear and personable. Took the time to review my history and fully understood my needs and priorities, ensuring a focus on achieving my goal, which is to be able to continue running. I went for the x ray the following day, they confirmed that it is not a stress fracture. However I’m still in pain and can’t run. This is very debilitating for me, I have a stressful job as a social worker and running is the only thing that helps me with this. As such I would really appreciate a further appointment with the physio ASAP to explore next steps. I’m not sure if it’s essential to wait for the x ray results, as they gave me these on the day. Very much appreciated. S haigh

I was seen by one of the specialist nurses yesterday who was really helpful . They were able to action everything I needed in terms of treatment in the same appointment . I felt listened to and understood .
