I have only very recently transferred to Sloan Medical, but so far only have positive things to say. I managed to book an appointment (and a follow up blood test) very quickly, the reception staff have all been really friendly and helpful over the phone and in person, and my face to face Dr’s appointment was great. The Dr really seemed to listen and take care in what I was saying and discussed next steps with me (whereas in the past I feel like I was often given a prescription and sent on my way). Would definitely recommend this practice if you are in need and in the area.

I saw the physio today and as always was treat with care and respect. They are doing a thorough investigation of my health issue. After review of my xrays and blood tests im being sent for more to make sure they have a full view of my issue

On arriving for my appointment was greeted by their friendly Receptionist and went straight in to see the Doctor who was informative and reassuring.

Recently moved to this practice, and am so impressed, everybody has been polite and helpful, had 3 in person Drs appointments, seen the nurse once, everybody was welcoming and felt listened too. Apologetic over a mix up Can't ask for more.

I have used this practice for many years, with no real issues. Recently the online triage has been a very helpful access point. My recent contact was great, the doctor was very caring and friendly and thorough.

Just had my annual birthday review check up. I was seen on time and warmly greeted by the health professional. Asked me the usual lifestyle questions, checked my weight and blood pressure and took blood samples all of which were done in 10 minutes. On leaving I was asked to provide a urine sample and hand in at reception which I did. It was all very friendly and efficient.

I was filled with dread on recieving my letter asking me to make a routine appointment for my smear. Not at the thought of the procedure but thinking of the hassle trying to get through etc. I was completely wrong, a lovely receptionist answered within minutes and I had an appointment booked at a convenient time. On attending the appointment the nurse was warm and welcoming and was all over in minutes. All in all a stress free experience. Thank you.

Waited about half an hour after my appointment time to be seen, but the doctor was very apologetic about it. Once I was in the GP was excellent. I felt very listened to and not at all fobbed off, which can sadly be rare when visiting a GP. We agreed on multiple next steps to try and work out what was going on, as well as prescribing me something to alleviate symptoms in the meantime. A very thorough and professional job, and an excellent bedside manner. Highly recommend.
