I recently visited the practice after being given a quick appointment. The doctor I saw was extremely thorough and after examination sent for further tests for my reassurance. I am always satisfied with the treatment from this practice. Polite and helpful service from the reception staff too.

I've seen two male doctors this week, the first was very uncompassionate despite my emotional state. After crying for 8hrs after that appointment I booked in again and that doctor shouted at me, "what do you want me to do" I explained and he told me to lump it. If you have a condition like fibromyalgia good luck to you. Zero compassion these days, I've seen a few very good drs in my years with them and I've tried another GP service but returned because better the devil you know. Sadly they'd have been more than willing to up my anti depressants but I wasn't offered any support beyond that. This is my second review my first didn't meet standards but I got sent some helpful information from that team real shame neither Dr offered any signposting. One day I will get the relevant scans/referrals and the real diagnosis will be made.

My visit was a yearly review as I have a chronic condition. As always very polite, friendly and helpful reception staff. The nurse was thorough and very clear in her explanations. The experience was fine.

The support I received today is exceptional. I was treated with professionalism and with particular reassurance regarding my concerns about a recent X-ray result of my knee replacement .

Physio took time to explore what might be causing my issues. I felt understood and listened to and came away with a plan of action.

Following a referral from the respiratory team, Sloan's contacted me for an X ray and appointment. The doctor dealt with me over the phone and updated me that they had noticed the wires in my chest following an earlier operation have broken and that I should be aware of this as a potential factor for the future. The doctor also sent a prescription for a course of antibiotics to my pharmacy. I am glad to know that I need to be aware of the potential weakness in my chest and grateful for the cough treatment. Very pleased.

I had my annual Asthma review and the Nurse who I saw was very efficient and really helpful. She took time to answer my queries and made sure that I left the surgery feeling that I had been listened too.

Had blood tests with a nurse she was a lovely kind person she just got on with it .The doctors are all very kind you can talk about anything without feeling embarrassed. The only thing I don't like is the way you have to get an appointment plus trying to book appointment for a different day it's always a problem The receptionists are very nice friendly helpful. I would never leave sloans x

My review is about not having appointments offered. This is a big problem. My review may be rejected because I have not actually had an appointment - but that is the problem. Why are you accepting new patients when all I appear to get is an offer of night time at Greenhill or Crystal Peaks?! I had an asthma attack and have underlying conditions; but cannot get in -been with you twenty five years and am now subjected to 3 and a half hours plus at walk in centre. You have enough patients - look after them.

In accordance with my long term conditions I was recently contacted twice to have a couple of blood tests. On both occasions the procedure was painless, friendly and timely.
