Saw my nurse for a full health check and blood samples. I was seen promptly, weight, BP and blood collection was taken smoothly. All my questions and concerns were answered in detail with clear guidance and advise. Very happy as staff also smiled and were of a positive demeanour thought out my appointment.

I attended to have sutures removed following surgery. This was a challenge as the steri strip had stuck to the open wound. The nurse was excellent and very patient in getting the outcome required

I had an appointment today and was very pleased with the nurse, who actually took the time to listen. Showing compassion and empathy, she actually documented my concerns and booked an appointment with the doctor because she thought it best to get a thorough diagnosis. I was very pleased with the outcome. Many thanks to the nurse!

I was unclear about details needed for an appointment and about documentation being sent to me, the receptionist took her time to explain and support me and even rang back to make sure I had everything I needed. This helped me a lot at a time when I am feeling vulnerable and stressed. Thank you

The nurse I saw today was very helpful and very reassuring. She was pleasant and kind. I went in for a health check she did. She did everything very efficiently and professionally. It’s the first time I’ve been to see this nurse She made me welcome and I would like to see her again. I’ve always been to Dr Surgery and all the doctors and the nurses have been really brilliant, the receptionist are very nice and always help me and my family were very supportive when I lost my dad a couple of months ago. The called us at Home to pay the condolences which we thought was very nice and very sweet.

Sometimes doctor’s practices receive negative feedback on what they have not done or helped with, however, on this occasion, I just want to provide some extremely positive feedback about the practice and in particular the Practice Manager and her team. My mother has complex health needs and I was at a loss as to what to do next and where I could get some support and guidance. I rang the practice and ended up speaking to the Practice Manager. The Practice Manager not only took ownership of the challenges I faced but also provided guidance, support and a real sense of caring. Nothing was too much trouble and her team kept me updated with referrals that were being made. In a time when I was really struggling with what to do next the Practice Manager and her Team were there for me and my mother.Thank you so much, it”s very much appreciated!

Throughout pandemic and more recently when I've needed help off the practice, admin staff have always tried to do whatever was in their hands to help. Could not ask for more from them, they genuinely care about their patients and doing a good job. Not their fault that our area doesn't have enough GPs or that the local hospitals have long appointment delays, they are not to blame for that at all. This team at least treat you like a person and not a number.
