Review titled Absolutely horrible
Rated 1 star out of 5

There is absolutely no way of getting in contact with this GP, when you call they say it’s currently busy and that’s even when u call at 8am, and through the day it never free, you will go to the GP surgery itself and they’ll tell you to call, this is totally unsafe, because that how patients can’t get diagnosed quick enough because their first point of call it’s not supported whatsoever, or if u wanting to use a new cream due to a common condition but can’t because if it’s ur first time you need to consult with a doctor, it’s absolutely horrible

Review titled Shocking

My mother had called the gp and was told she will receive a call from the doctor but had missed the call So she called back the gp and they said they will call back today but never received the call. Now she feels neglected as she has been waiting all day and now the surgery has closed. It’s not fair for elderly to be treated like.

Review titled Rude Phlebotomist
Rated 2 stars out of 5

My mother had a blood test booked here but due to sudden police closures of surrounding roads, we were 15 minutes late for the appointment. I had called ahead to let the reception know we'd be late due to the closures. When we arrived I was berated by the female phlebotomist on duty who didn't even apologise when I explained the reason for our lateness. I was made to feel like a naughty child by someone who didn't even bother to understand the difficulty my mother and I faced in getting to the appointment.

Review titled Can’t get appointments/ useless reception
Rated 1 star out of 5

So I have been trying to be seen by my doctor since February as I need b12 shots as I am severely deficient. I was unable to get any appointment as everytime I was told they had nothing for the next 2 weeks and to try then. Which I would get the same answer. Then I was told I needed blood tests to continue receiving these but it is very hard to get time off work. Now I have been calling for the past 4 weeks and have not even been able to get through. It will constantly ring and no one will answer. Sometimes even ringing for 40 minutes and then just cutting off. I don’t understand what is wrong with the reception team that they cannot answer any calls but they need to be replaced. All Google reviews say the same information and NHS are not even looking into this

All our appointments are available daily for face-to-face appointments and telephone consultations and GP triage, most patients are given appointments on the day. we have many patients who require B12 injections periodically and all normally rebook their next appointment when with the nurse receiving their injection and we offer these appointments outside of working times. If would kindly contact the surgery manager and be prepared to give your name, I am sure we can check this and indeed give an appointment at a suitable time. Dr Saini
