    I have received excellent treatment from a nurse, senior nurse and GP in recent weeks. Doctors and nurses listen, check records and give clear advice. I have also visited recently with my grandchild. The nurse was patient and caring. I have every confidence in the healthcare that this practice provides.

    In the 6 years living in London, this is the worst GP I've ever had. The building is sterile, uninviting, and looks depressing. Do not register here! I went here to get a simple form filled out from Bupa and the doctor filled it out incorrectly, charged me £100 for the form, and the only way to contact them is through email which they don't seem to reply to or check. Even after calling the reception and asking to speak to someone in their admin team, they only accept email communication (and nobody ever emails back). It's horribly frustrating, save yourself the trouble and do not register here.

    Dear Patient, forms for your private health care such as Bupa are not part of our NHS work and cannot be funded by the UK taxpayer which is why they are chargeable. If you think there is an error in the report then please let us know what is wrong by email so we can make this correction, we will not charge you for a correction. It is incorrect to state that we do not reply to emails, and we have checked our system and all of the emails from yourself were replied to within 72 hours. We can be contacted by telephone not only email, which you acknowledge as you state you spoke to reception.
