Just had my yearly health review. Practice nurse very helpful. All went well. Due to an ongoing health condition needed to see or speak with doctor by makeing an via receptionist. Appointment made. Spoke with a friend later that day, he unhappy with his present practice. Recommended he try to change to my practice.

I rang the Surgery explained my problem Doctor returned my call and arranged blood test and x-ray,Contacted me with the results and the necessary treatment and prescription

I have to have blood test done at certain times due to consultant meetings and cancer treatment 4 weekly. I called today and told they would not see me anymore and have to go to a place other end of bridgwater , for my blood to be taken. This place is only open 3 times a week. I told women at Somerset Bridge I have to have blood taken at certain times, but once I said this is not a good service and I will be complaining to my cancer specialist, she seem to want to help me . Too late is this what times have come to , I've paid into system for over 35 years and this is your way of saying thank you.

I was trying to make an appointment and the receptionist kept talking to a colleague she clearly wasn't listening to me as I had to repeat myself numerous times. This is extremely rude and unprofessional!

Receptionist so rude and can’t wait to get you off the phone, say they will call back and never do shame as there is one amazing doctor there but that seems to be it. Can’t get an appointment to see anyone for a month.
