  1. Review titled Constantly Engaged

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Rachel Wykes - Posted on 07 December 2022

I have used this service a number of times, but never has it been constantly engaged for nearly 48 hours! There is always a queuing system that can take a while, but at least you are in a queue. Please sort this out! The line should not be engaged 24/7.

  2. Review titled Usually happy with them but not this time

Rated 3 stars out of 5

I’ve been using this practice for years and they’re usually great but since covid it’s not been so great. The doctors never want to see you. I thought I may have a uti but explained I didn’t want to just be given antibiotics without a urine test first but the dr said no one can do it for you so you’ll have to go to your gp?!! I don’t understand why none of the drs/healthcare workers could have done it? But she was happy to prescribe me antibiotics without checking first?. The reception staff are lovely though.

  3. Review titled 1 hour on hold then call disconnected

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 14 July 2022

Advised to contact this GP due to no doctors being available to speak to at my usual GP. I was put on hold for 1hr and 5 minutes before being told I was first in the queue and then the call disconnected. So frustrating when it was hard enough for me to reach out in the first place. I expected maybe a call back as they must have known I was on hold for so long, but I've heard nothing back an hour since being disconnected. I don't have the energy nor the patience to wait that length of time again in case it happens again. Ordinarily I'm the last person to complain as I can appreciate how busy GP's are, but I really needed to speak to someone today and your system has failed me.

  4. Review titled Phone first--Very good

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I was at first unhappy as I didn't know they were only taking phone bookings from google. They will have a busy signal for a while but keep calling if you don't get through, once you're on the line it doesn't take too too long to talk to someone. They then will set up a telephone consultation--same day here for me! Once having the consultation they were very straightforward and helpful--I got a treatment plan and tons of information to work from. I am feeling better only after one day with the prescription. I am really happy with this urgent care service.
