Had a really uplifting and Informative consultation with the doctor.When telephoning for an appointment the staff were very friendly and helpful as was the person in reception.

Having read some of the local social media I was concerned when needing to make an appointment. A same day consultation shortly after a public holiday only shows how many of the comments are somewhat unfair about lack of access. I am sure some patient experiences are not ideal in both the eyes of the patient and, sometimes, the practice but my personal experience was one of excellent access and very professional service.

We saw one of the ACPs (C) this afternoon. She was very friendly and calmly listened to a concerned parent after a possible misdiagnosis a couple of weeks ago. She was kind and empathic and a credit to the practice and profession. Thank you.
