I put in an online request on 5/6/23, no response again on the 10th 15th and spent over an hour in the queue on the phone to be told I'd be called back. Due to work I requested call from 3pm onwards got a call from Dr at 12.50 whilst I'm unable to answer they text to say we will try again 24 hours later still no call back!!!! This place is a shambles! I will most certainly be looking for a new surgery for myself and my family

I call to gp to book my daughter for vaccination now i cone to the clinic with my child to see and to book her for next vaccination then i was treat that much bad here then i cannot imagine how one gp can work like this?? She give me the papers with all my vaccines and she tell me call health visitor we cannot do it here??? really

It is near impossible to get an appointment at this surgery. They avenue they provides put barriers up. There is no direct online booking system, you can't phone the surgery to book an appointment or get hold of the booking team yourself. The current system is to fill out a request for an appointment and the booking team will call you back. There is nothing in place if you happen to miss the call. Three weeks later, numerous calls to the surgery and more online requests, still no appointment booked. This is not acceptable.

This practice has some good doctors who can help if you can get to see or speak to one. It is very difficult to get an appointment on phone or online. The usual (since modality took over and just before covid ) reason/excuse is the state they are in is that they are experiencing issues with the system or are rolling something else out. When will they go back to being a doctors surgery and not an online consulting system which gives info on services available outside of the surgery for a cost. If you can see or speak to someone things seem to be okish.

I'm left in a position where there is no way of making an appointment to see the doctor for my son. I can't get an appointment by phone, online or by actually going to the surgery. After the outbreak of Covid, this practice has literally withdrawn it's services for the people who rely on them.
