my daughter has been throwing up high temperature awful cough and the doctor said for her to rinse her mouth with salt water that will help but there's nothing they can do and if she does not rinse her mouth with salt water it will get worse!!! and you say this to a 10 year old girl that has a phobia with things in her mouth im really disguisted with the quality of health care at this doctors why cant you prescribe anti biotics for a child

Been trying to get through from 08:00 - 09:30 with no joy. Called 08:00 told caller 8 and then after 28 mins told i was caller 4 then 25 mins later still caller 4 but then message came on to say " sorry can not take your call at moment please call back later". Called again to be held in queue of 4 and still nothing after 20 mins. Joke.

This surgery is a joke, can never book an appointment even when it’s the go that has requested you book one. It’s always that you have to call at 8 in the morning for an on the day appointment. So people’s jobs do not allow that and using an emergency on the day appointment for a non emergency just seems wrong. Complete and utter unprofessional and unhelpful surgery
