I rang and got an appointment straight away on the same day and the doctor sorted me out. The service was very efficient.

My appointment was on time and the doctor had a lovely manner. She has referred me to a specialist which I'm extremely grateful for. The doctor was extremely professional and dealt with my issues

I have never experienced such empathy from a doctors appointment before. After discussing my issues with the doctor and student doctor, I felt such a sense of relief, the positivity from the doctors that my issues can be sorted made me feel that someone has my back. Also, understanding why I am suffering with these issues has also made me feel so much better in myself.

The doctor was very helpful and to the point. I felt that the surgery exceeded my expectations by getting me an appointment with the doctor of my choice. The only thing that could have been done better was for the appointment to have been more on time.

I was given a thorough assessment / explanation of my symptoms, and clear proactive advice on actions to take. The Doctor that I saw has a good manner and approach. I feel as though the people on reception could have smiled a bit more of been more welcoming.

The Dr that I saw was so kind and understanding. Their swift actions got me to hospital and dealt with, and I will never be able to thank thank enough for that.

The GP showed great empathy with my condition and I felt reassured by the diagnosis. I would prefer it though if there were more online appointments available.

The doctor I saw was really caring and helpful and arranged the necessary test promptly. The doctor's help really exceeded my expectations. The navigation around the website to the right information is sometimes confusing for older users however.

Both the receptionists and the doctors were absolutely excellent. They made the stress of coming to the doctors so much less due to the care and attention that I was given
