A family member was extremely concerned about having blood tests today. The nurse got him in and was quick, caring, efficient, kind etc. They promised to call him with the results. Thank you so much

I cannot speak highly enough about the service and support provided by this practice. The doctors, nurses and reception staff have always been extremely efficient, helpful and kind. Telephone calls are answered quickly and response times from medical staff is very good indeed.

This practice has friendly, helpful staff and fast access to a GP. I have never had to wait a long time for calls to be answered and the reception staff are excellent. Prescriptions are dealt with very quickly. All the GPS in this practice are patient, knowledgeable and really listen to your concerns. They act quickly if any referrals or treatments are needed. I have never felt rushed and questions are always explained helpfully. I feel that they really care and that you have their full attention. This appointment was via telephone but I felt that it was equally as good as a face to face appointment and as a vulnerable patient I actually felt safer. I would unreservedly recommend this practice.
