    I always manage to get an appointment when I need one. Sometimes there is a mix up on ordering prescriptions but overall I can't fault them. The ladies on the desk work exceptionally hard and they are a credit to the surgery. The main Dr always takes the time to listen to me. Thank you to an overall good Dr's and team 💜

    So I had an appt last Friday turned up after having the morning off work only to be told my appt had been cancelled!!!! No call or explanation as to why! Told that I could ring 111 as they didn't have a clinician that delt with headaches! The practice has a duty of care to inform patients that the appointment is cancelled and to book them back in, not to leave it and hope they don't turn up. I eventually rang 111 and they said the practice had a space for a telephone consultation thought ok better than nothing, call was for the same day so I waited by 4pm no call, as I work for a busy gp practice too myself I do understand the pressures but felt that I couldn't wait anymore and one of the busy gp's saw me as a temporary basis (which I should need to of do in my opinion) a week later and guess what I'm still waiting for the nhs 111 call back from the gp. This is unacceptable luckily this wasn't serious but could have been avoided. And I'm still waiting for an answer from the practice manager.

    Dear Emma Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about your poor experience. I am also sorry that you left the surgery after posting this review. The practice manager has attempted to contact you many times without success. I hope you have settled in your new GP surgery over the past 6 months. Please call us if you have any issues otherwise we will close this case as it has been 6 months since the practice manager has been trying to establish contact. kindest regards Dr Puneet Dubb
