   I misbooked appointment and went to surgery. No other patients and receptionist spent 40 mins talking to GPs and colleagues before telling me to come back later! Clearly I was unwell and one of the 3 GPs could have given me the 5 mins to see me. Been a patient for 23 years. Last time I needed an appointment was 2020 so clearly I’m unwell!!! Left feeling my health concerns are clearly not important to them.
