I rang to make an appointment to see a doctor. The receptionist said there weren’t any available . I asked her why is it when myself or my partner try and make an appointment we are told the same thing, none available ? She said that unfortunately the practice is oversubscribed. I was appalled to see that on the NHS site, they are accepting new patients! I can’t believe they are taking new patients, when the receptionist actually said they had too many patients already, by using the word oversubscribed. Ridiculous !

Whilst we are very busy we are absolutely not over subscribed and have urgent appointments available on a daily basis and can book non-urgent appointments up to two week in advance.
