Review of chronic medication by pharmacist was comprehensive and caring. The pharmacist was genuinely concerned for both my physical and mental wellbeing. With a followup scheduled. I could not have felt more cared for. Thank you!

I feel so honoured and privileged to have my GP at Southview Medical Practice. She was always very kind, supportive and reassuring. She is so understanding and non-judgemental. She always put me at ease whenever she felt I was worried about something. I highly recommend Southview Medical Practice.

I had a great experience at Southview surgery. The team was incredibly helpful and understanding of an urgent request I made which would normally be fulfilled in 30 days. They understood my situation and were able to supply the medical records I had requested within a few days only.

I recently had a wonderful experience with a doctor in a call a regarding my mental health. The doctor was supportive, thoughtful, and informative. I really feel like the doctor has my best interests and wellbeing in mind. Thank you.

Dr who rang me today showed compassion and extremely aware of my health and what is needed. It's almost like being part of a family when dealing with all staff.

From a couple of pictures the gp was able to make an accurate diagnosis of my son’s skin infection and prescribe an antibiotic that made it better within a couple of days.
