    Rang today at 2.50pm on a Wednesday to speak to a dr about a potential infection that Iv been advised to see Gp for in an emergency situation. Told by the receptionist that because of the British medical association they are not allowed to see or speak to anymore patients today because they have reached their quota.!! I have never ever heard of anything so ridiculous in all my life. Absolute pure laziness is what it is.! Telling me to go to an urgent care centre when I’m already unwell and they will no doubt have a huge waiting time, last time I went they were already complaining about having so many of Spilsby surgery’s patients. One man had been there for 12 hours for just a sinus infection. This needs to stop.. what are these people getting paid for? You can’t see or speak to a dr and the receptionist is on a power trip happily fobbing you off with her condescending voice. Absolutely disgraceful.

    I wanted to arrange a telephone appointment to speak with a Dr, so called the surgery. I was on hold for 32 mins, starting at 4th in the queue. When answered, I told the man that I wanted to arrange to speak with a Dr and he told me that he couldn't arrange that. He mentioned something about phones being down. He didn't take any of my details or give me any idea of when I might be able to arrange something. All he said was if it's urgent, call 111......and that was that! I really am lost for words.

    I am very sorry that you have found your experience of our telephone system to be less than satisfactory. However, we do have a call back service which patients can choose as an option when phoning the surgery, and, will avoid lengthy waits for you in a queue.     I am delighted to confirm my extremely positive3 impression of Spilsby surgery. I feel heard, understood and respected. Having come from an incredibly busy part of the country and a practice that is way oversubscribed and struggling to establish a good system, I deeply appreciate the way this surgery is organised, including the on site pharmacy. I was really surprised to be able to book to see the Physio whilst seeing the Practice Nurse about an unrelated issue, and only have to wait a couple of weeks. I can tell that they all work very hard to make sure that they offer the best service they can, and I very much appreciate it.

    Very unprofessional, treated like second class person continued to be let down over and over again. My experiences at this Surgery have been making me ill causing stress, anxiety and many sleepless nights. It has left me completely drained and with a total distrust of the Doctor and local surgery.

    The team are caring and considerate to your needs and recently supported my partner once again who suffers with extreme anxiety. Arranging for the flu jab to be given at the surgery to avoid crowds at The Franklin Hall. So much negativity is being directed towards the NHS at the moment so it is reassuring that Spilsby Surgery is maintaining constant care, support and consideration. Thank you.
