I tried to make an appointment for chest infections (according to my self diagnoses) told can’t be seen by my gp and that I have to travel to other side of the city to be seen! I’m now having to spend time sitting in traffic taking my kids to a ten minute appointment that overall will take an hour! The system is broken I pay my taxes, I expect to see a doctor at my surgery otherwise might aswell join any surgery! This is unjustified service! On top of my travel I will still need to pay for my prescription.

Applied to join this surgery in March 2023 after 3 month still no confimation telephoned 3 times and was told shortage of staff problem.
