Had to arrange for emergency prescription last week and staff were really helpful. Saw the doctor today and she was super friendly, very understanding and helpful again

Approachable, listens and doesn’t hesitate to act. I did not feel rushed or that my problems were not taken seriously. My only issue is the accessibility with very few days of opening even though we do have the darwen centre, I do like to see my own doctor. Despite this, the surgery was able to offer emergency appts on the 2 occasions I contacted them.

Visited today with my husband.The Doctor took the time to talk to us both and made us feel valued. Even though the appointment was for myself she allowed me to discuss my concerns regarding my husband and arranged tests for him. Nothing is too much trouble for the Drs at this practice. You never feel rushed for time at your appointment and they really care about their patients.

Excellent service at all times very quick to respond to patients needs. I have personally just had a hysterectomy due to post menopause bleeding which turned out to be a benign brenners tumour all done in 7 weeks. Today I have been re referred to endocrine clinic due to an overactive thyroid found during my follow up from gynae. I’ve recommended this practice many times. From the reception staff, practice nurse to doctors they are a credit to our NHS.

I attended a GP appointment on 24/4/24. I was geeting feedback on recent blood tests and x-rays. The GP explained these well and discussed my current medications and ongoing medication needs taking into account my concerns and desires re reducing meds where possible. I feel my health and wellbeing care is being attended to and medical needs met well.

Extremely efficient + patient orientated. Call or message surgery - 2 surgeries available to attend. Messaged and within half hour call back and appointment organised sane day.
