Approachable, listens and doesn’t hesitate to act. I did not feel rushed or that my problems were not taken seriously. My only issue is the accessibility with very few days of opening even though we do have the darwen centre, I do like to see my own doctor. Despite this, the surgery was able to offer emergency appts on the 2 occasions I contacted them.

Visited today with my husband.The Doctor took the time to talk to us both and made us feel valued. Even though the appointment was for myself she allowed me to discuss my concerns regarding my husband and arranged tests for him. Nothing is too much trouble for the Drs at this practice. You never feel rushed for time at your appointment and they really care about their patients.

Thorough examination, straight to the point. I came in for three issues and was given a diagnosis within 10 minutes.

I attended a GP appointment on 24/4/24. I was geeting feedback on recent blood tests and x-rays. The GP explained these well and discussed my current medications and ongoing medication needs taking into account my concerns and desires re reducing meds where possible. I feel my health and wellbeing care is being attended to and medical needs met well.

Extremely efficient + patient orientated. Call or message surgery - 2 surgeries available to attend. Messaged and within half hour call back and appointment organised sane day.

Myself and close family members have needed medical assistance recently. We have all been given speedy personal service with positive outcomes. The experience we have had, has given us renewed faith in the gp service. When making initial contact with the receptionists, they listen, are caring and helpful. The Gps are skillfull and act swiftly, and follow up their actions. We are aware of pressures and demands on the NHS and gp surgeries. These people are doing an amazing job. Complaints seem easy to make, but I would like to compliment the staff and Gps at this surgery. Thank you.
