    Had an appt early jan and within a week 2 referrals processed and both appt attended by Monday 13 th Jan 25 Great service and credit where it’s due !!!

    Saw him today and he actually listened . No time limit and no assumptions . We formulated a plan and have already had my referral within 2 days . Fabulous unexpected time scale

    Get instructions from call staff for appointments that simply do not make sense, and replies are 'I'm following protocol.' I have lost my voice a bit and need antibiotics for a chest infection - why does this need an appointment at a respiratory specialist clinic the other side of town?! It doesn't require a specialist doctor. No explanation - other than one word, 'protocol', is the worst and leaves me feeling its a mistake as soo many already made for similar reasons - following protocol.

The respiratory hubs have been established specifically to address a range of respiratory conditions, particularly as we head into the winter months when these issues can increase significantly. Our goal is to relieve pressure on GP appointments and ensure that patients receive the appropriate care in a timely manner. I understand that it can be frustrating to be directed to a specialist clinic when you feel your needs could be met by a different provider. The decision to refer patients to these hubs is based on protocols designed to ensure that all respiratory concerns are handled effectively, especially during busy periods. This process helps us allocate resources more efficiently and prioritize patient care. I appreciate your understanding as we navigate these challenges.     I had an appointment with a doctor (azeem) at Springhall surgery for my autistic daughter. She had a bad reaction to swimming. Dr listened and understood my concerns instead of rushing me like most other doctors have done. He was gentle and understanding with my daughter and for my daughter this was a good experience. I discussed a number of issues my daughter has with her health etc and Dr gave me the time to discuss this whereas previously doctors have told me they can only discuss 1 issue per appointment. This makes it hard to bring my ASD child to multiple appointments in the week especially when it can all get sorted in the same appointment. Thank you to Dr . I hope this feedback is passed back to you.

    My daughter has been seen by many Dr's, however this dr was very sympathetic, showed alot of empathy and reasured my daughter the Dr's will do everything they can to resolve this. The Dr also expressed no one thinks she is lying as evidence has been seen. I have asked for this dr to be added to amelias records moving forward so amelia sees only her.

    Have been happy with this practice up until this appointment. Didn’t read my notes. I was want hrt patches. Was prescribed the wrong dosage as I said I was on 3 pumps of gel and I got equivalent doses of 1 pump. Then didn’t know I had a coil fitted for progesterone earlier that year.

    My experience at Rosegarth today was extremely efficient. After a positively thorough telephone appointment this morning, I had my urine tested, two sets of blood taken and two tests supplied to be completed tomorrow. I was listened to, treated with care, and given astonishingly speedy treatment. Thank you.

    Met Dr sc for my health appointment. I was amazed by his advice about health management and his explanation about cancer risk and how to avoid these. Dr sc’s professional demeanour and expert advice has changed my incorrect perceptions on looking after my health. Many thanks to him.

    After being discharged from hospital had to ring the practice to remind them to have a look at my discharge letter and address my low blood pressure, was told I will get a 24 hour monitor to wear and check my blood pressure,after a week still nothing, rang the practice and waited half a day to be told their systems are down, as usual was told to go to Aand E, they seem to be there just to keep buffing patients away, today the excuse was the system is down.Ridiculous.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave this response I am aware we have spoken to you regarding this and have dealt with all of your issues including explaining the referral for the 24hr. blood pressure monitoring was to an external provider. I trust that this is now resolved.
