    Very thoughtful and kind in approach.Listened and explained how to resolve issue.Very personable and professional.I brought up how people are rude when in practice. Which isn’t deserved and is unacceptable .Please respect your local practice and gp.

    Referral sent from another health care service to make a hospital follow-up appointment. 6 weeks later on contacting Springhill to ask about how long it would be. Informed the Referral was lost and it was up to me to get another one. Shocking service.

    All the team that helped during my recent illness.they were first class.the only difficulty that could be to make improvements with the tlephone answering systems especially when in comes to booking surgery appointments.

    This practice would benefit greatly from training in communication skills and patient centred care. Staff are making wrong and potentially dangerous decisions regarding patient care. Particularly where clinical reasoning should be involved in the decision making. To make things worse communication is very poor. Interrupting whilst a patient is trying to explain, not listening and showing no empathy what so ever. Also failing to escilate a complaint appropriately or seek advice from appropriate professionals to make clinically informed decisions. Very poor experience from this practice

    Given the vast amount of pressure that GP and primary care services are under at present I’ve never been let down by Spring Hill. If they cannot give me an appointment they can signpost me elsewhere. They have been wonderful with my children and the doctors we have seen are always generous with their time and care. Having worked in the profession myself, I can fully appreciate how hard they’re all working in such unpredictable times. Ever growing population in and around the area and therefore an increase in demand for services leaves people without the appointments they need, but I believe Spring Hill do their utmost to cater for this with what they have available. I do wish I could book non emergency appointments in advance but who’s to say what’s emergency and what’s not. This leaves me with aliments that I do not feel are worthy of emergency appointments being left untreated and I’d imagine this isn’t solely down to Spring Hill but NHS wide. Nonetheless all in all a great surgery with lovely doctors and supportive staff

    You can never get an appointment even when ringing at 8am in the morning. When Ringing at 8am you are normally caller number 50 in the queue then when you do eventually get through it’s either they’ve got no appointments left or you wait all day for a phone call back and if you miss the call that’s it youve missed it. It’s never face to face appointments anymore.

    I have just had a health check with the nurse at this practice and the service received was fantastic. The nurse was thorough and extremely helpful and reassuring and I am very pleased with the care received. Thank you!

    Called in because I had concern on a health issue. The staff were helpful and managed to get me help. The Doctor was also understanding and have me reassurance.

    As I was unable to get through to the doctors for the past two days I have had to do a painful journey and drive down there which has caused more distress to my area of pain. On entering the building, I was told that there was no appointments left, and this was 8:31 am, but nobody was sitting waiting to see any doctors. I’m only after a sicknote I’ve already been given one and I am under a consultant regarding my operation so I don’t see the hardship in giving me an extra sicknote. This is the only second sicknote that I have ever had from the surgery and been with them over 20 years I rang yesterday and was unable to get an appointment and was told to rain today so I rang 803 this morning. Eventually got cut off due to my reception as keep emailing them regarding to be above 13 Akio at that time in the morning is disgusting. Like I said when I got there I was told there was no appointments available for today again, but no one sit in there where I could of sat and waited to see somebody regarding my sicknote, but they wouldn’t allow it, don’t understand very frustrated and in a lot of pain and distress regarding my journey to, and from the doctors
