I was not in a good place at all. A combination of life circumstances, mental and physical health issues had left me feeling without hope. The doctor was brilliant. Very kind, personable, professional, giving me all the information if I felt I was seriously at risk. A consumate professional. And so thank you hugely.

My doctor is an amazing doctor and is always helpful and has very good manner. Moreover, she is not dismissive of my pain and symptoms.

I always get amazing service honest up from advice. My Nurse today as he has he has last few times been amazing giving me all the info I need about my diagnoises. Great personality and manner, makes it all worth while in a busy nhs london surgery no easy feat but I am always approached with professionalism and its nice to see especially when bad news is delivered. Keep Up.Good Work Team.

Tried to collect my repeat prescription from the chemist today was only issued with 2 items out of 4. Went to doctors practice & was told by the receptionist that it would take 2 working days. for remainder to be issued. Told receptionist that by then I would have run out of 1 of my medications. Told me that there was nothing could be done & just shrugged her shoulders. I have reported this problem previously. I am 81 years old with high blood pressure & had a stroke a year ago. Where is the duty of care with this practice?

We came into the surgery to have our vaccinations before we go on our holiday. Shiraaz was full of information and very professional. Before we had our vaccinations Shiraaz had everything printed out for us, a list of the vaccinations we will need, what we have already had. Wonderful experience and very professional. I saw advance nurse practitioner today for my diabetes check. He was well informed, checked all my details before the meeting and extremely professional with a kind manner throughout the check. I have had positive experiences only with all of the nurses at spring hill, they are all incredibly professional.

The receptionists today were warm, friendly and enthusiastic. One compassionately supported a young man who was struggling to understand something. Breath of fresh air. And the colleague who took my blood was excellent - all in all a positive experience - thank you.

I related my concern to a doctor over the phone, I was taken seriously, and tests were booked, occurring within two weeks. Staff at the practice were kind and efficient, especially considering my fear of needles. Overall fantastic
