Since the merger with Stoneleigh Surgery, repeat prescriptions have been extremely delayed. My last request still hasn’t been reviewed - it’s been over 5 days, my pharmacist has emailed them twice, and when I called the surgery up today I was assured that it would be approved this afternoon, but that hasn’t happened. I can only order my medication on a month-by-month basis - I had to ration my medicine last month, and this month I’ve completely run out, because of the prescription request delays. I’m considering changing my GP because I can’t risk consistently losing access to my medication and endangering my health.

I called this morning and This gp practice has never been helpful at all...been told today to get an appointment I should wait in the phone queue at 830 in the morning but with no place garanted... otherwise it can go to visit one of the walk in centre miles away my home...worthless service.... online form is pretty much useleyas well cause they never check it

Both the nurses, doctors and reception staff were very nice to me and understand my concerns. They were very patience with me.

We’ve had mostly good experiences with this GP when we’ve gone in, but whenever I try to call for an emergency appointment first thing in the morning, it’s next to impossible. Their website say they open at 8, google says 8:30 and the nhs website says 8:15. I’ve been calling every minute since 8am on the dot and I just get messages that it’s closed. Last time I waited until 8:30 and when I spoke to someone I was told all appointments were gone and to call right away when they open next time. They really need to fix the information they’re putting out there. What time does this place open?!

I understand the demand this time of year is very high however I fail to understand how I can be number 2 in the que for 15minutes at 5.30pm at night... it seems that no matter what time it is there seems to be issues.

Friendly, polite, helpful, receptionists. Exceptionally professional nurses. Caring and efficient doctors. Overall organisation is excellent.

Saw locum GP for diagnosis and pain relief. His manner was calm and kind made me feel at ease and did not rush me.
