the nurse is a real people person, always pleasant & can't do enough for you. She was really good with my mum who needs to lie down when having a blood test & she was so gentle mum didn't even feel it. She is also concerned for my wellbeing & has gone above & beyond to sort out appointments & care that I need. A big thank you to the nurse who saw my mum today, your an absolute star.

I had my asthma Review with jenny the practice nurse, she was very friendly and explained everything to me about my Review. I felt very relaxed.

I booked appointment for medication change The ANP refused to listen to my concerns and advised get HbA1c checked again despite previous was done 5 months ago. I was on weight management programme that ended and after I felt tired and wake up with headaches etc also I asked for a repeat blood test for HbA1c and was told you can’t have it before 6 months. I feel my sugar levels maybe uncontrolled again but ANP refused to accept my concerns as Hba1 was good on system due to my participation in weight management programmes not the medication that were prescribed to me. I am waking up daily with headaches again and just have to wait till end of 6 months before I can book blood test and get the medications reviewed. I too work in NHS and I left work to attend appointment and my time was totally wasted and nhs resources too as this would have cost nhs.

I was seen on time and staff where very helpful and doctor checked me over and listened to my problem before giving me medication

Available appointments! The receptionist was helpful and made it a priority to book me in with a Dr. I managed to pre-book my appointment for the following day and met a Dr who was extremely attentive and helpful. He took time to listen to my concerns and referred me where needed in no time.

Appointment was at 1130am wasnt seen until after 1215pm. Too many appointments booked together. If they give 10min slots for each appointment they wouldnt have this problem

Some time we don't get appointment if we are in very bad condition waiting time is very long like a say more than 20 minutes some time we don't get helpful docter lukely my docter was very good and helpful

Had an appointment. I entered my details into the portal and within seconds my appointment was confirmed. Only waited 1-2 mins and my appointment was next. GP was very understanding and confidential. Appointment was done within the 8 minutes. Perfect. Staff at reception were nice too.

My month old baby has white spot on his leg and he has cough aswell so we went to doctor. so doctor didn't even check his chest or legs for white spot. Doctor didn't even let us describe my baby situation. She didn't even bothered to checky baby and told to go. What kind of behavior is that.
