Some time we don't get appointment if we are in very bad condition waiting time is very long like a say more than 20 minutes some time we don't get helpful docter lukely my docter was very good and helpful

Had an appointment. I entered my details into the portal and within seconds my appointment was confirmed. Only waited 1-2 mins and my appointment was next. GP was very understanding and confidential. Appointment was done within the 8 minutes. Perfect. Staff at reception were nice too.

My month old baby has white spot on his leg and he has cough aswell so we went to doctor. so doctor didn't even check his chest or legs for white spot. Doctor didn't even let us describe my baby situation. She didn't even bothered to checky baby and told to go. What kind of behavior is that.

I was due cervical scan, however is difficult to get any kind of appoitment in this surgery. Luckily I received link to book appoitment and there was many dates and times available in diffrent time of day. Surgery really need to back to online appoitment booking as by phone or coming in I always hear that calendar is already closed for this month!

Went for simple check up , bloods etc. An excellent service all on time staff very professional. Offered a Physio check last week. Don’t know about getting appointments but generally good.

Heavily pregnant partner has dropped 3 prescriptions off here. The 1st time, took over a week for them to sort out, the second the same and the third they lost. Turned up sat on the office desk. Can't get through to make an appointment, all online and can take up to 2 days before any one even contacts you. Dingey waiting room and unless it's paracetamol don't bother asking the pharmacy.

I had my baby’s appointment at 1:50 and was waiting for about 35 minutes then I’ve gone to the reception and asked them why not Ben called and checked the date of birth and said sorry take a seat we will call you, When I got called and went to a nurse I asked her why I called so late and the nurse said the receptionist didn’t know iam here

Even after getting a appointment I have to wait an hour to be seen.every time they say the same sentence that "the doctor is running a bit late" Having a todler with you you are expected to wait that long which is absurd .I wish my son could be seen on the appointment time they have given.

Made an appointment for my child to be seen by Gp after school but advised no appointments available even though I was the second caller in the morning. Picked my child early from school Appointment was for 3.10 pm Waited an our to be seen by GP Pathetic
