    The GP's are fantastic its just a pity that it takes on average 80+ phone calls to get through and once you do actually get through there are no appointments left with the GP you are trying to book with or any others for that matter. This is not good enough, I understand that it can be busy but not being able to pre-book appointments like we used to do in the not so distant past and being told to call at 8am to try and get through to attempt to get an appointment is just going round and round. I have been trying to get through to attempt to book an appointment since last Thursday, everyday sorry no appointments left once you do get through. Due to my epilepsy i need to speak with my GP Dr L as he knows all my medical history but trying to get a Pre-booked Appointment i would need to wait for a minimum of 2/3 weeks. So yet again the issue's that i am having with my health will have to wait yet another day possibly more. The Practice seriously needs to bring back appointments that can be booked in advance a few days later rather than having to keep calling at 8am to never get through to be told there's no appointments left. The Practice Manager and her Team have to sit down and figure something out and rectify these issues as it's not just myself that clearly has this issue with trying to get an appointment.

    I was hung up on three times today, first two trying to book an appointment and then when I called to ask for an email or number to call to.

    I filled the online appointment form and received a phone call from the doctor within 10 minutes.. Pleased with the quick response and appointment was smooth and reliable. Keep up the good work.

    Had hip pain for long time ,in November my hip pain was so bad made difficult to walk , stand sleep went to gp to be seen she just said its your sciatica do exercises and take the painkillers , got so fed up with the treatment received that she was not believing how painfull was for me ended up paying a private MRI to find that had a tear , that was causing the unbearable pain,
