    It took six weeks, countless emails and phone calls and going into the surgery the times to get a simple form filled out. It shouldn't be this difficult. Are they deliberately making it hard for people to go private or is it simply incompetence?

    Why change my prescription without even telling me? If you have a choice then go to Milford, I hear great thoughts about them but nothing but complaints about Springfield. Unfortunately there is no choice for me

    Every routine has to be requested. Always a push to see the GP but offered phone call instead. Friendly when you are given appointment but again one has to be determined. Time between say an optician's request for a specialist appointment along with hospital prescriptions seem to take too long to expedite.

We offer phone calls, where appropriate, as it is often a quicker method of talking to a GP rather than waiting for a face to face appointment.
