Contacted surgery today with regard to ordering current HRT medication that required my GP’s authorisation. Lovely, polite and helpful receptionist advised to message her via Patient Access, which I did, and received a telephone call the same afternoon, where my GP was as supportive as ever. Both my son and I have received fantastic healthcare since moving to this surgery two years ago. Thank you, all at Springfield Surgery.

Excellent service following a fall at home causing a deep cut which was bleeding profusely Was seen immediately by a practice nurse and by a doctor without of course an appointment Thank you to the team
