I have never had such a hard time actually getting hold of a doctor's surgery in my life. I've been registered with this doctors for months now and still have never managed to actually speak to someone on the phone. I have physically been in the practice when registering, and can see that the receptionists are not busy, and certainly are not on the phone, so being in one queue before even getting to choose which option (medical professional, prescription, appointment) I even want is truly baffling to me. I would never recommend this practice to anyone - register all you want, but you'll never actually see anyone, they don't want to speak to you. All I'm trying to do is speak to someone to arrange an appointment, it would be a minute at most on the phone - if they ever picked up.

Really lovely staff who are kind and compassionate. The doctors, nurses, and receptionists I have spoken to have been compassionate and have dealt with all my queries with respect and kindness. I really appreciate all the help, advice, and care they have given me.

When making an appointment with the receptionist and they quiz you on why you want to see the doctor, everyone in the waiting room hears everything, I have sat right at the back of the room and still hear, which can be very humiliating and very embarrassing for men and women. Why can’t some of the tall mobile screens be positioned parallel with reception to give some privacy, a very cheap solution and I’m sure would be appreciated by many visitors to this surgery. My other issue is why is it so difficult to get an appointment as the best chance of getting one is to start queuing before 7.45 am and in my case there was 22 of us by 8am. I do think the service given by my surgery is good but the booking of appointments situation could do with improving.
