I went to the GP in July, with possible, Atrial Fibrillation and was informed that I would be referred for an urgent ECG. I still have not had the ECG and have been informed by the reception staff that the ECG request was sent as non urgent. I have contacted the surgery on several times, also my daughter has called when I am at work. To get further information or an appointment and have not been able to get either, except you have to wait. I would have thought the ECG would have been done by now, I understand that the surgery don't do the ECG but feel they could chase it up.

Dear Kevin, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry for the experience you had, It is our aim that all patients receive the highest level of care from our practice and it would have been extremely helpful if you had raised this issues with the practice manager so that we could have had the opportunity to address them.
