I need to change my medication urgently. I have been trying for over a month. I get told to call back the next morning because the rota is not out and when I do call, there are no appointments available. When a telephone appointment is offered I have specified the times I am available to take the calls, but I am not called at the times requested. This is important as I am on clinic myself and am unable to stop everything to answer the phone. I have explained this to the receptionists and to the clinician but my requests are ignored! My blood pressure goes down quite often, I have had the blood tests, so now I need to change my medication including my HRT. This is urgent, I am concerned about my health and it is affecting my day to day activities and work. Please change your system. It is ridiculous I have been trying to sort this out for over 1 month. I just need confirmation of a new prescription. Why is this so difficult!

I must mention that our appointments are usually within a 2-3 hour window which could mean the clinician will call you earlier of later than your appointment time depending on the schedule. I registered last month at Neasden Medical Centre, I filled out the form, a few days later I went to tell them that I was pregnant and how I should proceed, they couldn't find my pregnancy form, they made an appointment for a pap smear. being pregnant, they made me an appointment for a boold test, they said that I called and made the appointment, but I didn't call, if they found my form, they saw that I was pregnant and they didn't schedule me for the pap smear, and the worst thing bothered me when I saw that my nationality was passed as gypsy/Romanian, when I only filled out the Romanian form, it's not correct, I'll sign up for another GP, I don't recommend it.

They do not care of their patients. I had an appointment on the 5th July. They give you appointments and they do not respect the appointment time, they are calling or 2h before or 2h after the app time. Horrible. Why do they give an appointment if they do not respect the schedule?! We are busy mums we can’t hold the phone all day long waiting for their call. So sorry to be registered with this practice. I don’t recommend it.
