  1. Review titled Front of house support

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 12 January 2025

I am in process with a private/NHS consultant via my GP the consultant said if I run into trouble contact the practice and request a referral. My knee collapsed A&E were advising not to attend due to winter overload (Jan 25) I contacted the practice to request my GP to make the urgent referral and received a response ‘Discuss with your GP at the next appointment (several days time) I have made this request in the past without a problem. My GP is excellent however it appears the AI bot on the website has been programmed to be a 1960,s receptionist. The practice needs to update its processes, the practice is using private healthcare which is excellent but fail to understand commercial healthcare does not offer holistic treatment but requires an authorisation. A fantastic practice let down by a lack of training or consideration the facts were made clear in the website request. Meanwhile I wait for A&E waiting to reduce or my GP appointment or my next formal Consultation Excellent clinical care let down by others. I did not even receive a telephone call to check on how serious my condition was/is my being mobilised.

  2. Review titled Poor service and not compassionate for mental health issues

by Tom - Posted on 31 December 2024

Signed up to this doctors and on my first ever contact to them in regards to me not being able to sleep for days on end due to my situation and that it was starting to affect my mental health physically I was fobbed off and told I couldn't speak to any GP because"insomnia" is not a medical emergency they totally skipped over the fact it was causing me to trip out and I was seeing things affecting me mentally this was on just a few days after Christmas day and as a long time sufferer of depression and anxiety and past suicidal attempts I think this is heartless and not compassionate in anyway typically towards fellow humans with mental health issues!! 0/10

  3. Review titled Gone downhill

Rated 1 star out of 5

I always thought this medical centre was the best but recently it’s gone massively downhill. The reception staff are always rude and very unhelpful, i witnessed one of them talking down and being very snappy with an older patient. They’ve closed the car park so there is never anywhere to park. On a plus the doctors are good when you can see them but the reception staff and practice manager need to take some lessons on dealing with the public.

  4. Review titled Impossible to get an appointment

Rated 1 star out of 5

Rude staff, repeat everything health problem or symptoms out loud. Get passed to other services rather than give an appointment. Doctors won’t prescribe medication

Receptionists are nearly always helpful, despite some confusion with my medication - always answer my questions.
