Review titled Impossible to get an appointment
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 22 August 2023
Rude staff, repeat everything health problem or symptoms out loud. Get passed to other services rather than give an appointment. Doctors won’t prescribe medication

Receptionists are nearly always helpful, despite some confusion with my medication - always answer my questions.

Review titled Horrible staff
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 14 February 2023
The booking system is frustrating and the staff very rude. Every single time it takes me so much effort to get an appointment, but this is not because there are not slots available, but because the staff never thinks is a priority. They're rude in their approach and never understand the emergency. I have severe mental health issues as well as sexual health problems and they want you to spell out loud to them when I'm booking. There is absolutely no respect for privacy and they repeatedly made me feel humiliated. It's an awful thing to do to someone who's already struggling. Awful.

Review titled Removed from list immediately after an operation
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 15 February 2024
I was removed from the practice register under an 8-day removal in 2022 with no reason given. I received the letter informing me the day after I had an operation under general anaesthetic. They were aware of the date of my operation. I was in extreme pain and could hardly breathe. On the 4th day after my operation I asked for help with pain control in desperation - I was deleted from the system while I was on the phone. I don't think a GP was even told I was asking for help. I had no GP at all on the 5th and 6th day after my operation.

Rated 1 star out of 5

Everytime i ring to arrange a gp appointment i am grilled by nosey reception workers that want all my personal ailments that id prefer to discuss with the doctors but instead are forced to divulge information to them so they can determine if im allowed to book an appointment. they always seem to have a cob on with the off tones and belief all the patients are stupid. only for this practise being local and convienient to get too id of left ages ago.
