   My prescription was overdue. Talked to the receptionist. I was lead to believe script was coming after 5pm.Script still not here. Phoned again. Told will not be delivered as problem with system. The receptionist has a couldn't care less attitude. Not good.

   St Bede Medical Centre is most professional in the execution of their endeavours, which is to look after medical needs of the people in their care. Indeed, I would rate this practice one of the best, if not the best, in Sunderland. My experience applies to all aspects of their activities, from ordering prescriptions to treating urgent requests. The quality of service is widely known in the area.
