  1. Review titled Great Nursing Team

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 10 February 2025

I have been using the Practice for the Past 3 weeks and have been looked after by the Nurses since having problems with my Leg. They have been very sympathetic, kind and caring to help me on my road to recovery.

  2. Review titled Terribly inefficient with prescriptions

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 01 March 2025

It’s now the 11th day of waiting for my repeat prescription to be processed. Unfortunately something is very wrong with St Clement’s systems as it is seemingly impossible to get a suitable prescription in place. Problems are multitude - first, apparently there was a delay between me requesting my repeat on the app and them receiving it. I was told by reception that this can happen. Acceptable? Maybe it would be if the prescription was then processed swiftly but instead it went to my gp who eventually approved it, just within their 5 day timeframe. But the brand of hrt they are specifying in my script is no longer available in pharmacies. Not ideal they didn’t know this(!) but maybe it would be acceptable if it was the rectified to an available brand or a generic. Instead, I have been stuck in a purgatory of having to call each day, sometimes multiple times, to see if my doctor or a Duty doctor has made processed the new prescription. At this point, day 11 since my first repeat prescription request, it’s still not done. As a result, I have not taken the medication for nearly a week. This break has meant my cycle is completely disrupted and it will unfortunately take several weeks or even potentially months so get back to a proper cycle on the medication. Very frustrating. No one on reception at St Clement’s has been rude. They’re friendly although often rushed. At times I feel they’ve been helpful but I’m not sure what the problem is. Is it processes? Systems? Staffing of GPs? Or just a complete lack of care as to the impact of inefficiencies on their patients? For these reasons I would recommend anyone to think twice before enrolling at St Clement’s Partnership as you really don’t want to have to go through what I’m going through to get a simple prescription. Also, having called around ten times last week I suggest they change there automated answer phone message as it tells their patients to only phone the surgery if it is for an emergency appointment or if you have no access to the internet. This feels overly obstructive and also is patently untrue - patients will also need to call from time to time, such as in situations like mine.

  4. Review titled Always Evolving

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Tracy Brown - Posted on 22 January 2024

I wanted to provide some positive feedback for this ever evolving practice and the many varied services that they provide. Times and technology constantly changes and keeping up can seem daunting but there are so many options for those who are happy to get on board with this that in turn frees up time to assist those that are unable to apply these self help methods. Very happy to be a part of this surgery for so many years and with the new premises well underway, things can only get better.

  5. Review titled Thank you for all your support recently with Mum

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Maria - Posted on 03 November 2023

Once again all staff at St Clement's, particularly the medical staff, have made caring for an elderly relative much easier by being kind, responsive, advising and discussing the best course of treatment. With this consistent proactive support it has helped keep Mum where she wants to be - in her own home. Many thanks from all our family.

  6. Review titled Weak Admin.

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by John Andrew Blagrove - Posted on 09 August 2023

I live in Bath and have nothing to do with this practice. Nonetheless, they left a message for someone I don't know on my answering machine! Close to a breach of patient confidentiality, I would have thought! How they managed to confuse a number starting 01962.. with one starting 01225... is a surprise! As the message sounded urgent, I tried to ring the practice straight away but after negotiating the menu. the sub-menu and the sub-sub menu I was told I was caller number seven in the queue and gave up. I found that they have a "contact us" section on their website so I did. It took me about 20 minutes to complete the form and I had to be inventive about some of the information as I didn't know who this person was, let alone their date of birth, mobile phone number etc. The text I got back (so they can't say they never received the contact form) said I'd be contacted in two working days. These have long passed. Did I get an acknowledgement? No. Did anyone apologise? No. Did anyone think of thanking me for the effort? Apparently not! I leave it to the reader to make up their own mind about this.

  7. Review titled Great support from medical team and office staff

Rated 5 stars out of 5

    by Maria M - Posted on 20 July 2023

Today I needed to know what else I could do to help manage my elderly mother's condition. The on line system is really good to communicate with the practice. It also helps to have medical and office staff who are supportive to carers/relatives - it makes things a lot easier and I have always felt well supported. I received a text response within hours with a different prescription for my mum. It is a real bonus to have a paramedic linked to the surgery. As well as the nursing team (as I had to contact them a few weeks ago about another issue for mum). Thank you all as always.
