   I had a GP consultation on the phone to discuss the results of my sons recent blood test. My GP listened patiently as I explained my concerns, he then spent the time to thoroughly answer all the questions I had putting my mind at ease. During the conversation I never felt rushed and I am grateful for the time he took to address my concerns.
