This practice puts the patient and their family central and integral to the care they deliver - not just the GP but the whole pathway. The Reception team are second to none - they know their patients and are not just reactive but proactive in their response to all enquiries. I called this morning regarding a patient in a nursing home to discuss her medication. The reception team were brilliant and so caring to ensure that the right pathway was in place - they were heading off to speak with the GP once he finished clinic to enable the fastest response was gained for the patient thus ensuring a positive experience for all to work together (in line with NICE guidance) and ensuring that the right medication was available at the right time and in the right way for the patient to have the right care for their needs. The GP is amazing in the level of personalised care he gives to the patient and the constant reviews they do of patients in nursing homes. It is more than apparent how much he cares and is valued by anyone he engages with - the patient we were discussing he has visited countless times and is so kind and gentle with her - he really gets dementia care and then is willing to discuss treatments with us as family members to help us understand difficult decision making. All in all this practice is a feel good practice that inspires trust, well-being and a feeling that someone really cares from the moment you contact them. From the bottom of my heart I thank each and every member of this practice for their dedication to best (excellent)practice and can we have other practices trained by these guys - they are simply the best!!! (to coin a phrase)

I have been using the practice for approx 8 yrs and most of the time have seen the same doctor who is very thorough, very efficient and caring. (The other doctors and nurses I have seen to) the receptionist also very good and helpful. Hence I have recommended the practice to others
