Rang Friday morning Around 830 Receptionist said she would do repeat prescription for my son inhaler when to pick up Saturday morning . Nothing has been sent. Would some one be able to amend this Thank you

I always find the reception staff most helpful and understand what I need. All the medical staff I have seen over the years are very pleasant, helpful, listen and answer questions and I feel they deal with any concerns professionally. I have been with this practice for over 40 years and have absolutely confidence in all the staff. It has a very pro-active patient participation group which keeps us up to date with practice changes and many relevant health topics.

The partners and staff at Park and St Francis surgeries provide an exceptional service. I have felt respected, valued and cared for. I have been treated as an equal and have been listened to and heard which is a rare quality these days and especially in a busy practice. Many thanks for all you do to care and support us so well.
