    Was having problems with my medication. You can't leave a message on the patient access app - well you can, but it won't be read - so called the practice and was told to come in and receptionist would write it down for the doctor. The negativity, polite hostility and just total blocking of everything I tried to say was incredible! The woman behind me was horrified and said she actually was there to get an email address to make a complaint and urged me to make one too. Was left with no solution and nowhere to go. Feel unwell, shaken and very upset and I am a strong, articulate person!

    Just move to the area, went to get application form 2 weeks prior from the receptionist how said fill out and bring back ID with address. I did this today and the same receptionist was on duty. I gave my resignation from as new patient and ask for ID and prove of address. I had changed my Driving License to my new address 3 weeks ago. This is a legal ID and address Document. The receptionist now wanted a letter of proof of address which was never said on getting the application form. This was refused and had was told not in a pleasant manner to come back. The customer service was very poor not even sorry or any apology she was vey cold. At this point I ripped up my application form and walked out. This receptionist needs training in customer service. This place I wanted come to when I’m ill.

    Leaving this practice as they are happy to leave you in pain forcing us into using other services such as 111. Good job I did as the fantastic doctor at bardoc said it was a good job I came in. They are very quick to call and apologise when they have realised they made a mistake but it is a common thing here. They just will not see people face 2 face. My child has also needed a gp and had to wait 2 days for someone to answer the phone to then tell me "sorry but we close soon ring 111" Disgraceful I have been registered here since 2005 and since covid this place has become unprofessional and dangerous

    I am new to the practice. Receptionist very welcoming and gave clear instructions how to access system. Rang with problem. Doctor rang back in a couple of hours. After discussion she suggested I come into surgery for consultation. Very helpful

  5. Review titled Worst GP to go to for an urgent appointment

    Called them for a gp appointment got told to go on bot chat these went on for 3 days and today I ended up in urgent treatment centre. Ministry of Health really needs to do an audit on this gp practice less of a gp and more like a pillar to post call centre. I told the receptionist that I need to be seen as the area is in a sensitive place on Monday and they told me to ring back if there was any availability for Wednesday. So I waited and the area got worse and then I called on Wednesday they asked me to put a request on askmygp third time which didn’t help. I highly do not recommend this gp to anyone who requires medical attention.
