The GP refused to give me access to the NHS App and the NHS told me the code can only be given by the Practice and now they will not let me access the NHS services.

Thank you for submitting feedback about St Georges Medical Centre. We are very sorry you experienced issues with gaining access to the NHS App. We regularly encourage the use of this app to our patients and often help where we can with the setup. It may be useful to contact our reception team again to resolve this issue. Please note, if you are experiencing issues with the NHS app you can still access NHS services in the usual way. I would encourage you to contact the Practice so we can support you with what you require. If you would like to discuss this issue any further please do not hesitate to contact our Practice Manager, Natasha Dixon, on 0151 630 2080. Again, thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback.

Cannot get a reply from reception and cannot get a reply from the doctors. Very short appointments don't have time to express my systems, medical problems and the doctors cut the appointment short.

Thank you for submitting feedback about St Georges Medical Centre. We are sorry that you experienced issues regarding contact at the Practice and feel that appointment times are too short. Appointment times are currently set at 10 minutes. If a patient plans to discuss a number of medical problems with the doctor we would ask that a longer appointment is made. This ensures there is no impact on the rest of the patients in the clinic. If you would like to discuss this issue any further please do not hesitate to contact our Practice Manager, Natasha Dixon, on 0151 630 2080. Again, thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback.
